As you enter Tarbert village along the N69 from Limerick, take the turn to the left after the picnic area.
Continue along Steeple Road for c. 1 mile passing the Church of Ireland on the left and the property on the left hand side - with for sale boards on splayed entrance walls.
Coming from Listowel N69 take the turn to the right after the turn for the scenic route to Glin village.
Continue along this road for a little over a mile and the property is on the right hand side with for sale boards on the splayed entrance.
